Mr. Evans has extensive experience in commercial lending and was previously Chief Operating Officer for the State's largest non-depository lender. He is an Inupiaq Eskimo and was born and raised in Nome, Alaska. He has a BA in Organizational Management from Alaska Pacific University. Mr. Evans is skilled in loan origination and loan negotiations, strategic and financial planning for businesses, and corporate marketing.

Joe Kashevarof, Controller

Mr. Kashevarof has extensive experience in corporate accounting and management. Kashevarof is an Aleut, born and raised on St. George Island, Alaska and has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Mr. Kashevarof specializes in: Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax Compliance, Audit Preparation and Financial Reporting.
